When you purchase your bridal garter it will be made within 2 - 7 business days and then shipped to the destination country.

Since all our bridal garters are made once ordered - we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
If you are not happy with your garter - it is possible to exchange it to a different length, colour or style garter. In this case only up to $50 difference will be refunded.

All our products may have 1,5 cm / ½ inch manufacturing tolerance. Meaning plus or minus 1,5 cm / ½ inch difference from the measurements stated in a size chart.
Once you unpack your bridal garter, place it in a safe place and let the fabric rest and regain its shape.
If the garter still has not regained its shape, or has any crease marks before your wedding day - steam it. Use domestic or professional steamer on medium heat. Do not touch the fabric with the steamer head, use it approx 3 cm/1 inch away from the fabric. Always test the steaming sample with your steamer before steaming the actual garter.
DO NOT iron the fabric.
DO NOT wash the garter.
If for some reason the garter needs cleaning - bring it to the professional cleaning services.
