Below you will find our returns policy that apply for all purchases made within Nine Spells online bridal accessories store.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Nine Spells is devoted to sustainable production methods. Therefore this blush pink wedding veil is made to order. Since all our wedding veils are made once ordered - we do not accept returns.

If you are not happy with your veil - it is possible to exchange it to a different length, colour or style veil. In this case only up to $50 difference will be refunded. We do cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, sample sale items or gift cards.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
