Since all our wedding veils are made once ordered - we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
If you are not happy with your veil - it is possible to exchange it to a different length, colour or style veil. In this case only up to $50 difference will be refunded.

All our products may have 1,5 cm / ½ inch manufacturing tolerance. Meaning plus or minus 1,5 cm / ½ inch difference from the measurements stated in a size chart.
Once you unpack your wedding veil, hang it in a safe place and let the fabric rest and loose all the creases naturally.
If the veil still has any crease marks before your wedding day - steam it. Use domestic or professional steamer on medium heat. Do not touch the fabric with the steamer head, use it approx 3 cm/1 inch away from the fabric. Always test the steaming sample with your steamer before steaming the actual veil.
DO NOT iron the fabric.
DO NOT wash the veil.
If for some reason the veil needs cleaning - bring it to the professional cleaning services.
